One (1) Year Warranty on Products Manufactured by ImageAbility, Inc.
What is Covered
All sign characters, arrows, plastics, and other pieces or materials manufactured by KitAbility’s parent company, ImageAbility, Inc., are covered from defects or flaws that occurred during the manufacturing process.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and misuse of the materials, including but not limited to: water damage, discoloration caused by exposure to the sun or harmful chemicals, and other events that may cause damage to the products.
Markers, frames, holders, and other product elements that are deemed as add-ons or additional features of the products are not covered by the warranty.
Customers can request service for a KitAbility product by contacting customer service either through the contact page, or by calling 1-800-253-1920.
In order to be eligible for service, customer must provide proof of purchase from an authorized dealer/reseller of KitAbility products. Proof of purchase includes but is not limited to an order number or a copy of a receipt proving purchase date and sales channel. Additionally, customer will be required to return “KitAbility” logo piece on products that contain one.
Our Replacement/Refund Policy
The above warranty covers products purchased within one (1) year of the service request. Any request made after the one (1) year mark may not be considered for replacement or refund.
Customer service representatives will evaluate each service request, proof of purchase, and logo piece on an individual basis. The customer will be offered a refund for the product or a replacement product. No guarantee will be made that the customer will receive a replacement product until an evaluation of the service request is performed.
We will not replace or refund any markers. For products that contain a marker, it may be determined that only the product manufactured by ImageAbility, excluding the marker(s), will qualify for a replacement or refund.
