Return Policy

At, we believe in customer satisfaction. Therefore, we provide a very straightforward and fair return policy to all of our customers. On most orders, we charge no restocking fee; please review our policy below on large order returns. Prior to making any return, please call our office at 1-800-253-1920.

Regular Returns

Any of our products may be returned unopened within thirty (30) days of purchase for any reason for a full 100% product refund. For orders that include multiple products, all products may be returned for a full refund if ONLY ONE (1) of the products has been opened and tested.

Holiday Returns

We understand that many of our products may be used as gifts during the holiday season and may need to be returned. Therefore, any product purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned unopened by January 31 of the following year for a full 100% product refund. Again, for orders that include multiple products, all may be returned for a full refund if ONLY ONE (1) of the products has been opened and tested.

Large Order Returns

Any of our products from large orders, defined as exceeding $200, may be returned unopened within thirty (30) days of purchase for any reason but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping Times

In stock shipments depart the same day as ordered. works very hard to get your products on the road as soon as possible. Please see your confirming email for more information.

USPS 1st Class Shipments

USPS shipments are delivered to the post office at 5pm each day; all orders will have a tracking number. The 1st class shipment times shown on this chart are based on our experience. The USPS does not commit to a delivery day on this type of shipment. The USPS is open on Saturday, take this into account when placing your order.

USPS 1st Class

USPS Priority Mail

Priority Mail shipments depart between 5pm and 7pm each day. We have found that in New England they take one (1) day. For most other parts of the country the package takes two (2) to three (3) days for delivery. If you are in a remote area it will be three (3) days. If you are in a populated area it is typically two (2) days. Saturday counts in this travel and your package can be delivered on a Saturday.

We have found that at times PO Box shipments will arrive in one (1) day when shipped Priority Mail. The USPS does not guarantee any of these shipment times. These are what we have seen shipping packages over the years.

If for any reason you have a urgent need, contact us at 1-800-253-1920. We are located near our airport post office and can drop packages as late as 7pm. We will go out of our way to make your deadlines.

USPS International


Shipments to Canada by 1st Class International have been taking between ten (10) and fourteen (14) days for delivery.

Priority Mail shipments to Canada have been taking between five (5) and ten (10) days.

Other Countries

While USPS 1st Class international is a low cost option for shipment, packages have taken anywhere from one (1) week to eight (8) weeks to be delivered.

Priority Mail International shipments have been taking between six (6) and twelve (12) days.

International Considerations

We are happy to ship to any location you select. Please try to enter the correct ship to address in the order form. If your country is not listed, contact us and we will add it. The countries shown on our order form are countries we have shipped to.

For 1st Class International to locations outside of the US or Canada, the package will have a tracking number but can only be tracked to the USPS Export facility in New York. You will not have door to door tracking with 1st Class International. Priority Mail provides full tracking of your package from our warehouse to your door.

International shipments may have customs fees or taxes applied by your country. We charge no taxes or fees. Our customers have found when the order is small, fees are often not charged. We do not know the break point or the percentage charged on orders by your particular country.

UPS Shipments

UPS is a day definite system; you will get a tracking number and the day it will arrive once the order is on the UPS truck. UPS ground transit times are shown in the map below. Overnight, two day and three day select are also available. Consider where you are located. Sometimes ground is quicker than three (3) day shipping.UPS  Ground

Our UPS pickup is at 5pm. We will take overnight packages to the airport at 6pm.
